Step-by-Step Instructions for Ordering Contacts Online

1. REGISTER WITH MARLÖ

Before you can order your contact lenses, you need to register on the MARLÖ platform. Follow these steps below:

Important Note: If you have already registered your email, it will alert you that an account with that email address already exists and to contact your eye care provider. It will not direct you to a login page. If you are already registered, please visit the ordering site (found in Step 3).

2. OFFICE VERIFICATION

After you register, our office will be alerted to update your prescription and exam date in our system. This is a crucial step to ensure your information is current and accurate before you place any orders.

3. ORDER YOUR CONTACTS

Once our office has updated your information, we will send you a link to proceed to order your contact lenses and other products such as drops and solutions.

Future orders and reorders can be processed by logging in to your Patient Portal or by downloading the MARLÖ app on your Apple or Android device.
