Our Team

Dr. Neitzke is a 1999 graduate of New England College of Optometry. His externships included practicing at the VA in Boston, Brook Army Hospital in Fort Sam Houston, South Boston community clinic, and the NECO clinic in Boston. Dr Neitzke also was an executive and clinical director for TLC Laser Eye Centers Located in Brookfield, Madison, Chicago, and Des Moines. Dr. Neitzke also practiced for 20 years with Dr. Barry Dalhgren in private practice in West Allis prior to his retirement. Dr. Neitzke is caring, and compassionate, and utilizes the latest cutting-edge optometry to provide patients with the best care and positive experience. He genuinely cares about establishing a relationship with his patients and has been seeing many of his patients for decades. He is extremely excited to embark on the next chapter as he transitions from The Eye Group to Meadowbrook Eye Care and promises a seamless transition for his patients.
 

Dr. Neitzke is a local representative for Vision Source, which is a premier network of private optometrists throughout North America to collaborate and improve patient care in private practice, and he prides himself on his relationship with his peers, staff, and vendors in the optometry community. He served on the Board of the Wisconsin Optometric Association for approximately 10 years, including serving as President in 2010. He served as the Milwaukee Society president for 3 years. He has been a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and Milwaukee Optometric Association for 25 years.
 

He currently resides in Vernon, WI with his wife of 25 years. His wife, Kelly, is an attorney in Waukesha at Walden, Neitzke & Kuhary, S.C. He also has two children, who attended Holy Apostles School and Catholic Memorial High School and are now in college. His son attends the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, who plans to work in commercial real estate, and his daughter attends the University of Wisconsin – Madison, who is pre-med. His daughter also serves in the Wisconsin Army National Guard 135th Medical Company as a Combat Medic. He is a very proud Army and Badger dad! In his free time, he enjoys golfing at Morning Star golf course, hunting, travel, home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Brennan received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Rochester, N.Y. She went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Afterward, she completed a primary care/ocular disease residency at the VA Boston Healthcare System- Brockton campus. Dr. Brennan has worked in various clinical settings, but most notably spending 12 years working at the VA hospital in Reno, NV. She has a strong interest in comprehensive eye care and the medical management of ocular disease. Dr. Brennan is kind and compassionate and enjoys establishing a relationship with her patients. Dr. Brennan joined The Eye Group in September 2019 and is looking forward to continuing to serve the patients of Meadowbrook Eye Care.

Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Brennan resides in Brookfield with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, bowling, hiking, skiing, and exploring all the outdoor activities that Wisconsin has to offer.
